Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the Zoplee platform, published by Zoplee SAS (hereinafter "the Publisher"), accessible via the website zoplee.io and associated mobile applications. Any registration or use of the platform implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

"Platform": the website zoplee.io and the Zoplee mobile applications. "User": any individual or legal entity registered on the Platform. "Tradesperson": a User engaged in a construction trade activity. "Service": all features offered by the Platform. "Quote": the commercial document generated via the Platform. "Subscription": the plan subscribed to by the User to access the Service.

Zoplee is a SaaS platform designed for tradespeople in the construction industry, enabling them to: — Create professional quotes using voice or text input — Generate invoices compliant with French regulations — Send documents by email with electronic signature — Collect online payments via Stripe — Manage a client portfolio The Service automatically interprets work descriptions. Prices are determined deterministically from trade-specific databases.

The Platform offers three subscription plans: — Essential: €29/month — 10 quotes, 5 invoices — Pro: €49/month — 50 quotes, 25 invoices, integrated Stripe payment — Business: €79/month — unlimited quotes and invoices, dedicated support A 14-day free trial is offered with no commitment or credit card required. Prices are displayed in euros excluding tax. Applicable VAT is added at the time of payment.

Subscription payment is made by credit card via the secure payment provider Stripe. The subscription is automatically renewed at each monthly due date. The User may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The User agrees to: — Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration — Use the Platform in accordance with its professional purpose — Not attempt to circumvent the technical limitations of the Service — Comply with applicable regulations in the exercise of their activity — Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of breach of these Terms.

All elements comprising the Platform (software, design, text, algorithms, databases) are the exclusive property of Zoplee SAS and are protected by intellectual property law. The User retains ownership of their data (client information, quotes, invoices) and grants the Publisher a limited license to use such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Publisher undertakes to implement the necessary means to ensure the proper functioning of the Platform. However, the Publisher shall not be held liable for: — Temporary interruptions for maintenance — Errors in suggested prices (the User remains solely responsible for verifying their quotes) — Indirect damages resulting from the use of the Service The Publisher's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the User during the preceding 12 months.

The User may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining period. Upon cancellation, the User may export their data for a period of 30 days. After this period, data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
